Guest Ratings & Reviews
I felt like staying in small luxury apartments from the 1920s that were reasonably priced. The hotel delivered a good value for the money with its small but complete kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony setup. The accommodating staff was nice, but I encountered some issues like missing cable boxes and remotes in my room's TV, which was a letdown. The location was superb, steps from the Kansas State Capitol and downtown, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. However, the dining experience in the basement was not appealing despite a variety of items. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives made my stay memorable.
This hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were not up to par and we wouldn't recommend them for your next stay in Omaha, the service was a redeeming factor. The location is a bit off-putting visually but convenient for access to the capital buildings, and the dining experience offered both delights and shortcomings.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a separate kitchen and living room, making it ideal for families. However, the poor lighting in the living area was a downside, and the lack of daily housekeeping required me to get my own essentials. The breakfast setup was impressive, and the quality of sleep was top-notch.
